1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select locations (estimated 1-3 business days).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or public holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number may be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package on the courier partner's website.
4. Damages
Sunsetory is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before raising a request.
5. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside India.
